Our Preservation Effort
Through our museums and an array of education and humanities programs, St. Croix Landmarks Society continues to cultivate appreciation of St. Croix's rich history and enduring legacy. We engage in the preservation of:
- artifacts and historic structures, humble and grand – through our Apothecary Hall Museum and Estate Whim Museum
- rare books, photographs, manuscripts, maps and records — through our St. Croix Landmarks Society Research Library & Archives
- traditional practices, crafts, trades and values – through our exhibitions and our education and humanities programs
- green spaces and open spaces of historical and cultural importance – Butler Bay Nature Preserve, Estate Prospect Hill, Estate Washington Hill, and the St. Croix Heritage Trail
