More about our visiting Artists:

JON-OLIVER KNIGHT. Pure passion, no pretense, complete honesty, a musicians musician Jon-O can sooth your soul with his guitar, rock you into orbit with his voice, or just make you chuckle. New Delhi to Nicaragua, Brittany to Branson, Godfather to Gay, Bro to Bulgaria youll be livin the life and lovin the ride when he slips in and out of accents so adeptly youll never know what country youre in.

Spanning a range from Bach to rock, Afro-Cuban to Flamenco, north Indian to Latino, Jon-O has a versatility and depth that comes only from an intense need to understand his craft. He has traveled and toured extensively throughout the Americas, Australasia and Europe, expanding his knowledge, exploring his art and building his multi-cultured repertoire.

Under the tutelage of Bill Kanengiser and Scott Tenant, members of the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, Jon-o completed his studies in classical guitar at the University of Southern California in 2000. Since then he has been commissioned to perform for Carlos Santana, has shared a stage with Maestro Lzaro Galarraga, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, and Peter Jacobson, to name a few.  He considers it an honor to have studied with the late sitar master, Rahul Sariputra. Jon-O continues to perform with other top musicians while he wraps up production with producer, Angel Figuero.

BOBBY WILMORE - Bobby Wilmore went to Los Angeles in 2001 on a music scholarship to the USC Thornton School of Music to study Jazz Drumming and world Percussion. Bobby has also done many studio sessions with artists such as Ron Trent, Karsh Kale, Shawn Rivera, Moonlight Carnival, Kathleen Grace, Roger Carnes, Angel Figeuroa, and Jorge Black.

Bobby is the Musical Director for L.A.'s top Pan-African performance ensemble L'Esprit D'Afrique.  He also performs with many groups around L.A. on drumset, Afro-Cuban/Brazilian percussion, and Piano. Bobby is a certified drummer in the Afro-Cuban religous community Lucumi; he plays for ceremonies almost every weekend. Bobby also spreads his passion for music by teaching all over Los Angeles. He teaches regularly at PAWS Music and Creative Seeds in L.A.  Bobby is currently executive producing an album of traditional afro-cuban music with his Godfather Maestro Lzaro Galarraga and Producer Angel Figueroa.  The Album will be released in July and be a historical moment in the Afro-Cuban Community.
